Wah Songs

Sign in to disble this ad
As you may or may not know, I recently acquired a 105Q bass wah. I want to make a playlist all of wah songs, and I need your guys' suggestions. So far its:

Rage Against the Machine - Calm Like a Bomb
Rage Against the Machine - War Within a Breath
Audioslave - Cochise
Audioslave - Exploder
Tool - The Patient
Black Sabbath - N.I.B.

I'm going to look through my whole library for others, but what are suggestions from you guys?

if not:

Tool- Lateralus
Tool- Hush
Metallica- King Nothing (flanger, but IMO sounds better with carefully used wah. Great song for honing this skill too!)

Don't forget 'Uplift' by Pantera! There's some cool mini-solos with some wah action. Also, I'm pretty sure that in 'Lateralus' it's not wah, I think it's a whammy pedal.

Oh yeah, good call. I forgot about that.

And I don't hear a wah in Hush nor Lateralus.

I think it's mostly him rocking the octave with the whammy, but until I get my whammy, I just use my wah and slide.

Not Auto-wah, though, it's a regular wah-wah pedal - but cool playing by Geezer...
