I've never heard a connection as beautiful as this. It's inspiring. First time I saw it, I was nearly brought to tears. It's simply incredible. I think there are few, if any, tighter bands out there. |

You can buy it and see tons of rocking faggotti solos. |

Very inspiring when cats from totally different backgrounds and styles can come together and create some of the most beautiful music ever created. What a legacy these guys will leave behind! This stuff should be required listening/study at Berkley! |

I saw this, and needed to share it to people who don't know them well.

If you can catch the Ben Folds Five live DVD, that version of Last Polka is another one of those moments where everything locks in and you just have to say, "Dang, that's awesome!" When they were in their prime, the guys in BFF were really tight. |

Ill add another clip that I dig. Not Bela Fleck with the Flecktones, but does have Bela Fleck and Vic in it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czu8TUgWkE8 |

I don't usually listen to that kind of music, but it's still worth checking out once in a while. Beautiful solo by Vic in there too, that was the first solo of his that I actually enjoyed listening to! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
