no way, man. weird al's brilliant. there are few folks who could put together a song about going hardware shopping. it sounds like a cross between queen and r.e.m. done by they might be giants.

That is actually a pretty good description. The lyrics were just so ridiculous I couldn't get into it.

Weird Al is a freaking GENIUS. Just listen to any of his polka arrangements of popular songs, like Polkarama off his last record. Truly a master arranger.

I was suprised at that, some of his stuff is pretty lame. I also love "Im Fat"

That song is pretty badass.

Also, Steve Jay, the dude who played bass on that and every other Weird Al record since 1983 is probably better than you.

Man that song is great. Silly but great. The vocal arrangements are pretty epic. Impressive.

I'm pro-wierd al. He's really a spectaular musician, arranger, and above all, preformer.

This live Yoda video is just amazing. His band rocks so hard.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81063...eature=related

And yeah, he seems to be getting YOUNGER as the years go by. I claim that its the spirit of his music that keeps him eternally young. For serious.

I'll have to agree with the genius of weird al too. I've got copies of his self-titled album and alapalooza with me at work right now.
