Appetite For Destruction as a whole is a great bass album as far as hard rock goes. My favorites bass-wise: Welcome to the jungle, Sweet child o mine, Rocket queen.

Agreed. My fav would probably be Rocket Queen. Lots of changes, and great, catchy bass lines throughout.

Did anyone ever get to hear the Duff McKagan solo album? I never did, but I remember Bass Player's review was probably the single biggest destruction of a players ability and overall musicality I ever read. The album got F's on everything.

Rocket Queen and Mr. Brownstone definitly. Appetite really was a great bass album in terms of hard rock.

seriously - when it comes to Duff - his "basslines" are the LEAST interesting thing about him.
