I'm pretty sure it falls under the electronic music banner but I checked this out but i cant seem to find a genre that would fit this music best.

It's funky but it's not funk. It has breaks and scratching but its not hip-hop. It's like techno but not really.

If anyone has played Jet Set Radio or watched the anime Air Gear you know exactly what i'm talking about.

I loved JSR for Dreamcast. I loved that game when it came out. The music I would think as a remix type of dance funk hiphop pop. Sorry for not being so clear, but that's what it sounds like to me. Remixes (even if it isn't) of funky hip hop pop.
