What kind of jazz is this and where can I find more?

So I had some time to kill today and I played this little flash game I came across on teh interwebz, which had a great jazz soundtrack I really liked. Only one repeating clip of, say, 30 secs though.

Here it is: http://armorgames.com/play/3953/little-wheel

Now I find myself listening to more and more jazz these days, but I still fancy myself a noob on the subject. So, could any of you point me in the direction of more jazz in this style? I'm thinking maybe it's sorta Miles Davis, what with the smooth trumpet an' all, but I seem to recall Miles was a lot more experimental and didn't really float my boat.

Just to be clear: I don't mean the first country-esque thing you hear in the beginning, I mean the song when the actual game starts, after the intro.

Oh, and I'm not affiliated with the makers of something.

I would say some type of nu-skool jazz/lounge hybrid, close to Acid Jazz, but not quite there.

For more of nuskool, down tempo, chilled out jazz, check out the compilations released by Buddha Bar ( Quite a few); and the After Hours compilations released by Instinct. Also the "Martini" compilations, ( think there are 3 or 4 afaik.) and the Jazz Lounge comps (both comps released by Water Music Records)

Comps are great when learning new styles of music as they typically give a diverse overview of the genre.

Other than the artists found on those comps there are also groups like:

Afterlife
Caia
Mescalito ( careful on this one, there are at least 2 bands with this name. I know one is very good and the other.... well, I guess it's an "acquired taste" that I didn't care for.

Soulstance
Dubdiver
Somasonic
Purple Penguin

Miles had many periods throughout his career...Bop-Cool-Big Band/Orchestra (w/ Gil Evans)-Post Bop-Fusion (e.g. Bitches Brew), Funk (e.g. On The Corner), Free (e.g. Panagea), Rock (e.g. Jack Johnson), Pop, Rap, etc.
