a lot of things. I hear there isn't even a cat or a small car in that box.

Seriously though, I think the Anthology recordings and Live at the BBC aren't in there.

It's missing quite a lot of panning. Mono box set is one of the best box sets I have ever bought- the riff in Paperback Writer will rip your head off in mono.
