Anyone know? I've got the Play Bass With Muse book and it doesn't say.

Don't you know how to figure out the tempo of a song?

Easiest, but not most reliable way, would be to sync up your metronome to the song while its playing. I don't own a metronome anymore, so I can't help ya on that one.

Yep. Listen to the kick drum playing on 1 and 3. Exactly one second apart. Two beats per second gives you 120 BPM.
