11/8 i recon though it goes to 4 for the B section. Nice video find btw!

Yeah...

I count eighths: 4+4+3 for the sig at the top of the tune.

It gets tricky because of the hi hat going back and forth from the offbeats in the "measures" of 4 to the down beat after the "measure" of 3.

Very groovy.
