I know that we've all seen it and wanted to be it. What, might you ask? You know that bada$$ in the action movies (especially in the 70's) that was so cool that every time he walked there was some cool theme music playing behind him, or even playing before him to announce his presence.
As a child, I would pretend to have that themesong playing when we played 'cops and robbers' (actually we played Starsky and Hutch ). I always wanted my themesong to be "T' Plays It Cool" by Marvin Gaye.
Oddly enough, when I got older (from 16 into my late 20's) I would play the song whenever I would first get in my car. I would drive away with my themesong playing (too cool huh)!
In my early 30's my themesong changed to a song more befitting my life at the time by an artist named Mos Def (Unfortunately the title is not politcally correct so I will spare the title). But I find myself gravitating back to my old song.
If you could have your themesong (just like in the movies), what would it be?
