What Would be your tips on getting some views on Youtube?

Hey I recently started doing Bass Covers on Youtube these are some of mine

A Bumblefoot Real bass cover
and
Jamiroquai-Starchild
(sorry for mistakes also did some more covers but I guess these are my best.)

I'm doing mostly as a hobby and I enjoy it during my free time but the number of views is pretty small typically and I expect that but I'd like to get a small fanbase just to have abit more incentive on making youtube videos. I'd just love having videos just getting 1000 views. So what are your tips? I supose this could be for me or people in general.

hey mate, i have a few tips.
I have about 300,000 hits on my bass covers. Not a huge amount, but its ok.
My three main tips would be: Do excellent covers with great tone and great performance.
Try and have a new video every week or two weeks to keep the content up.
And try and reply individually to everybody that comments on your videos.
