Sure, they may have released them on the b-side of singles but the fact that they're on the official album track listing means to me that they are not b-sides
I am unaware on any real B-sides from the band, though I'm hardly a hardcore fan so I won't profess this to be the truth. I'm interested if there are though, particularly from Hemispheres and Permanent Waves albums.

Fancy Dancer, Garden Road too. Hell even Tough Break, which is technically a Jack Secret (Tony Geranios) song, Skip GiIldersleeve and Alex shared guitar roles, Tony played bass and sang, Geddy played synths, and Neil...well yeah. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_6bbV1bZO8
