Whats a good Victor Wooten album?

Sign in to disble this ad
Im looking for a new bassist to get into. Ive was into Chancellor for a while then Flea and now I'm starting to get tired of Claypool. Wooten must be good because you guys mention him a lot in your posts. What would be a good album of his or the band he was in to get first?

Thanks

this probly would go better in the recording forum, and It's probably been discussed there before. But my favorit is live in america. It's one of those albums that you will hate at first, and it takes alot of flack for it's cheesy synth sounds, but once you really get into it, and start to notice the little things, you fall in love with it. At least I did.

Actually, I'm going to go listen to that right now...

I will second "Live Art" by the Flecktones! Also, "Three Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest" by the Flecktones. His solo albums annoy me a little bit, but they do have their shining moments.
