This is about as subjective as it can get, but I'd have to say: almost anything off of "Meantime" by Helmet.
...
If it were "Heaviest song you ever heard.. and liked".

Jane Doe by Converge would be my pick. It sounds like a forest being burnt down. And its 11 minutes long.

Depends on what you mean by "heavy"

Lyrically, you've got to go some way to top Billie Holliday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4ZyuULy9zs

Musically? Hmmm....

A bit of King Crimson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nm3SAtzQl5M

or two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-P7bRXozw4

Anything off of Streetcleaner from Godflesh, but Christbait Rising is very heavy.
Pestilence -Out of Body
Autopsy - Pagan Saviour
Sepultura - Inner self
Bolt Thrower - Through the Eye Of Terror
Just to name a few.

Good choice of band. I love that song and its crazy bass intro. Check out their song 4th of July for something heavy, in a different way, more like maniacally depressing and slow yet powerful as a freight train.

Well, for my choice, I pick Sleep's song The Druid.

No Pity For a Coward by Suicide Silence

Seconds from the end, what's it gonna be? Pull the trigger, bitch...

Brutal.

Or No Time To Bleed by Suicide Silence... Or Embedded by Job For a Cowboy.

Or Braille (For Stevie Wonder's Eyes Only) by Bring Me the Horizon. Love that "Fear me dear for I am death, bitch" breakdown.
