For my money, it doesn't any better than when he sings "When A Man Loves A Woman."

If I had a picture of some kind of specialized testicle drill then I would post that.

How precious... "the songs are the stars."

What nonsense. Michael Bolton Bellows The Great American Songbook.

Would anyone else besides me like to pimp-slap that smug grin off his face?

Seriously, I though his stuff with the band Blackjack was pretty good. They did one or two LPs for Polydor around 1980, Bruce Kulick (later with Kiss) was on guitar. Decent hard rock.

I've never heard his very first LPs, around 1976 or so he did two for RCA under his real name (Michael Bolotin) that are supposed to be in a Joe Cocker vein.

He also used to play a solo gig (just him and a guitar) every Sunday night at a bar in New Haven, CT back in those days, I was pretty shocked when he showed up as a blue-eyed soul man with a new last name. I was even more shocked when he became a big star.
