Where to find split tracks for engineering practice ?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all. I`m trying to learn some home production. I`m the kinda person that learns best by sorta reverse-engineering things. I`ve seen the remastered "And Justice For Jason" Metallica tracks, and would really like to find something like this. Well-known songs that are split into separate tracks. I assume the Metallica tracks originally came from Rock Band or something, right ? I don`t do video games, so I don`t have a clue how RB works. Are the tracks available for download / purchase from their website, and if so, are they PC - compatible, or available in WAV or mp3 ?
