Where to get demo printed?

Hi guys,
So my band is about to release our demo so we have copies to send to venues and sell at gigs. What is a good place to get it printed at so it looks legit, wrapped, and has a bar code? All the standard stuff I'd want.

I did my CD through kunaki.com. They specialize in short-run production. I'm impressed with the quality, and the price is right. They charge $1.75 per CD (plus shipping), whether you order 1 or 1000.
