OK, I play and love hard rock. Assuming that I could grab everyone in their late twenties (I'd need a time mechine clearly) my line up would be:

Bass - Me
Guitar - Steve Vai
Drums - Mitch Mitchell
Vocals - Michael Stipe

Despite the fact that none of the members are in my dream line up, if I could jam with any current band it would be Muse. If it were any band ever, it's got to be The Jimi Hendrix Experience (both me and Noel Reading).

Cheers

The whole Tower of Power horn section (17 peice)
Me on Bass
Carter Beuford on Drums
John Furshante Lead guitar/back up vocals
James Brown on vocals
Catfish Collins on Rhythm guitar

Wow... that would be an act... No way i could hold my own amongst them. But I think we'd play something funky, maybe a little rocky. But we'd have harmonies and horns, what's better than that?
