Know what I like about Larry Graham? Other people describe their slap technique and they say, "Don't kill the string with your thumb and don't yank really hard, either." Larry Graham says just the opposite. Makes a difference, too. He bashes it out and it sounds like it. Larry Graham is by far my favorite slapper of all time.

Well...Louis Johnson actually created another style of slapping coinciding with Grahams, and he bashes it WAY harder, even. Check him out.

I have a stain on my desk from the amount of liquid funk that just dripped out of my screen.

No I wasn't looking at porn.

I love how he learned to sing like that and play in Sly...Sly is the greatest, truly. Graham central was just funny at times...nothing to write home about as far as whole songs go.

I've been trying to find "Hair" since I saw Wooten play it on the Bass Day '98 DVD. I should just go out and buy it already.
