me too. I think that Pat is one of the greatest 20th/21st century guitarists, musicians, and composers. A lot of people dis him because of the PMG stuff, but he helped make some serious advancements in technology w/New England Digital during that period.

If you haven't heard Secret Story or Trio 99->00, you need to check them out...2 GREAT records!!

Wow, that's amazing. I've seen that guitar before but this is the first time I've heard it played.

PM has just done a new album with pianist Brad Mehldau - it's gorgeous - Pat rules.

I've met him a couple of times and he's a great bloke as well - and yes, he's got a brain the size of a planet:

That's like a portable harp! You almost don't even need a fingerboard...

Awesome, awesome, awesome.

I'm a big Metheny fan. Saw him last year with Dewey Redman doing the 80/81 flashback concert in Montreal. Dewey absolutely torched everybody there. It was awesome.

I haven't heard Trio 99-00, but my bro has the Trio Live record, and it's pretty sick. Sometimes though, I find Pat kinda cheesy. Also Falls Wichita Falls?

He's coming to Toronto in April. I think I'm going to go.
