They put on a great live show, too.

Not to mention a cheap one--I saw them earlier this year in Boston for $12!

Indie kids have a habit of polluting decent genres with their pathetic "ironic" 3rd rate imitations. For example 10 years ago I could probably listen to Joy Division and The Velvet Underground and not be labled a hipster. Now all the faux art-student hipsters listen to that stuff (or atleast pretend to) and have totally polluted it. Hipsters/indie kids are like cultural black holes, in that they suck in good things and destroy them.
I don't understand how a group can destroy music, I have listened to Joy Division before hipsters did and after and to me it still sounds the same. Just because a new generation/group is listening to something and it becomes hip or mainstream doesn't change a thing about the music. If you care about what other people think about the music you listen to or who listens to your music than your just as bad as those hipsters.

Yeah, great act. I saw them and Them Crooked Vultures in a 2 day span . Made my decade. Yeah! That band was great! I HATED the Heartless Bastards. We literally almost fell asleep. The drummer for the newno2 was great. He looked like a marine. I think he pounds on the drums about as hard as Dave Grohl, if not harder.
