Eh...I will usually run to Five Iron Frenzy's Proof that the Youth Are Revolting cd...Always need a few good laughs when I'm struggling to do a mile or more (gotta love being a sprinter...)

bit of fear factory, strapping young lad (other than the 1st album probably) and raunchy (who are a kind of scandinavian cross of the other 2) would keep me pumping yon iron i reckon. or manowar.

Hmm...I'll try it. "Blackened" is probably a good one.
I gotta tell you Metallica is great workout music. I've been rockin MOP and its rules.

Ha, yeah 3 Inches of Blood fo sho.

So, you are only running? It's a shame... Doom is great for weight lifting. Electric Wizard/The Obsessed are my lifting jams. But slow tempo isn't great for a runner.

Actually, i'm planning on starting a weight training routine in addition to the running. I'm still basically a noob at this whole fitness thing. But once I get that goin, I could see how heavy doom like Electric Wizard would be great.
