I know that there are only a few worship musicians here but I'm hoping someone can help.
Are there any worship/spiritual songs which use slap-bass? I've never heard one yet.

Abe Laboriel does it during solos and breaks with Ron Kenoly, and in this one example for the length of the tune: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Y0HTK1kH7k0

It really all depends on the drummer and the worship leader and how they're laying it down. The drummer's got to play a little laid back and the worship leader's got to play a little more rhythmatic than she usually does, but when they do I'm all over it.
