well here are my parameters.
i have a 1st gen unibody macbook (looks like the new pros, but isnt)
i only have USB. NO FIREWIRE
and ive got a... copy, of logic studio, and garageband
i have 7 piece drum mic kit, we only use 6 of them on our kit
i have two instrument mics, we dont use them at the same time as the drums, but we do use them at the same time as eachother for natural reverb
so what i want to do is get this board

so tell me. will it work? will it work well enough for a local band?
i dont need pro-CD quality, i just want something thats better than nothing.
