Anyone heard of these guys?

http://www.progarchives.com/Progress...p?band_id=1564

My avatar is from one of their album covers, Altena 1969. Insane german jazz/prog. I've been listening to a lot of fairly obscure music lately, and I've noticed a lot of it is from Germany, these dudes are nuts.

Goblin is amazing, some of the most intense soundtrack work ever. Still, I prefer their "band" setting with Cherry Five.

I will have to check that out. I just remember them from the movie Deep Red. had to watch it a couple of times because I was to busy listening to the music.

Thanks for the links Matt. I'll probably get to Xhol Caravan next but at the moment I'm downloading a group called "Old Man and the Sea" ....I love that name

Others that catch my eye: Guru Guru, GroundHogs, Black Sabbath bootleg, Shiver, Levaithin, Ashra, many many more. It says I can only keep these for 30 days......I'll see what I can do about that.

Awesome! Thank you for the link. Yeah, that site will keep you busy for a while Mr. Page... I've been working on 'em for about 2 months now.
