Our band's trumpet player works in music education locally - he actually organised the festival from which this clip is taken. It's some 16 year old guys from a local school. I say not bad at all - what do you think? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ynnsLBM-Po

Good chops, sounded pretty tight, these guys ought to do pretty well for themselves once they get used to being onstage more and loosening up with the process. If I might make a suggestion, they might want to set up closer together and don't spread completely out over a big stage. It'll help everyone develop a better interaction with each other rather than each guy looking like he's in his own little world. It's all psychological, but it does help you have more fun onstage which rubs off on the crowd. |

Doing technical stuff like this really is a great foundation for becoming a good musician later on.
The only thing I don't like is the band name It sounds way too powermetal |

Now all they have to do is get some confidence, relax a bit, and smile a touch more and have fun with it.
Very nice!!!!!! |

Thanks for the comments guys - I've emailed a link to this thread to the bassist (not sure whether he's a TBer himself) so hopefully he'll enjoy reading your input.

I half expected them to jump into Primus instead of Rush. That drummer was doing some great little fills too. |

Nice job fellas! | It's a good job it's not the drummer's gf on the camera, because my dad was filming it !
