Young Filipino Female Bassist

I plugged my TEAC V-95RX cassette deck into the 32-channel
Studiomaster mixer of this disco in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and
recorded some performances of the live bands there in 1986.

One of them was this all-girl Filipino band, in their late teens to
early 20s.

I'm no musician and don't know anything about bass, but it is only
now, on playing the tape again after over two decades, that I noted
the bassist sounded quite good with her funky slaps and pops, so
am posting the link for the virtuosos' opinions here.

I can't exactly remember what bass guitar she was playing,
though I think it was a Fender Precision model.

Thank you.

Those Simmons electronic drums sound exhilarating, especially
live in that disco. It's unfortunate they don't make them anymore nor
can be heard on albums or live stage these days. The Pyramid where
they performed had a superb sound system, probaby the best in the
country at that time, with the 32-channel Studiomaster mixer as
mentioned, and Cerwin-Vega amplifiers and speakers.
