Plugged the bass into the computer this afternoon with no definite plans or ideas and this is what emerged. Good for a smirk and a shrug, perhaps... I wanted to jump on the bandwagon of overlaying snippets of spoken word recordings, so this represents my entry in that... genre, or whatever. waiting.mp3

Hillel Slovak tought Flea how to play bass just so he could play in a band. He is now the best rock bassist's in many peoples opinion, Even people who do not like the Chili peppers. Flea has been there for every single tour with nivarna, silverchair, smashing punkins and many more. For ever single and album. He has become a role model for millions of bass players. Flea take a bow.

I really dig those harmonics. They give the melody a great atmosphere.
