I've also got a soft spot for "Boy". Their early work just doesn't get enough credit, and even by the time Unforgettable Fire came out, it seemed to be dismissed in favour of the new work.
Of course, Joshua Tree and Achtung Baby are all-time classics too. Really, there isn't much U2 that I don't love. |

That has always been my favorite U2 album, the atmosphere on Party Girl,40 and pretty much every other sound on that record take me back to a special place in my childhood.
Then come Achtung Baby for being very brave and Joshua Tree minus "I still haven't found..." as a pure delight! |
