Old Skool-

Steely Dan's Aja-Chuck Rainey (or SD's The Royal Scam or anything Rainey did with Quincy Jones).
Also up there is Anthony Jackson's tone from SD's Gaucho album: "Glamour Profession", "My Rival" & from Donald Fagen's The Nighfly..."I.G.Y." & "Ruby, baby".

AWB-"The White Album" or Cut The Cake...more specifically, Alan Gorrie's tracks over Hamish Stuart's.
Example: "Got The Love".

Rufus-Booby Watson's "Once You Get Started", "Hollywood", "Everlasting Love"...I'm zoning ouit on the album's title...Rufusized?

New School stuff-
Wooten...e.g. "Beaver Patrol" from the latest Jaco Big band tribute disc (The Word Is Out!)

Patitucci-On The Corner, Sketchbook, etc.

Gary Willis-
Bent, Slaughterhouse 3[/i] etc.
