| YouTube Contributors... What are you using to record video/sound?

I can usually find a solution easily for what I want to do, but for some reason I'm having a difficult time finding a nice quality solution to record vids for YouTube using this chain:
Bass & Aux Audio Source > Cafe Walter Headphone Amp > Video Camera > AVI/MPG
There has to be a camera or other solution that makes it easy to sync audio to video.
