I'm a singer/bass player in an 80's band, and I love it, but sometimes I feel like I just can't deliver the funk on some of the dance numbers.
I have recently upgraded my bass rig (cab, tubes, bass), and I have finally achieved the tone I've heard in my head for years.
Now that I don't completely freakin' hate my tone, I feel inspired to work on my technique in earnest.
How 'bout some youtube links to some really nice bass lessons?
Slap, funk, double stops and fancy chording are the order of the day... |
