Let me know what you guys think, I recorded them directly into my Powerbook over the course of a couple of hours, excluding the more elaborate tune with guitar work which was done over the summer with friends.

Nice stuff. OOT has to be one of my favorite games ever, and the soundtrack is amazing as well (espicially the Gerudo Valley theme which you have covered). I've personally been thinking of covering that sometime myself. My only real criticism would be that the guitar playing seems a bit sloppy on that track in some spots. I really like what you did with the Bolero of Fire. Keep up the good work

Yatta!!! Thanks for the compliments - as for the guitar, that was done by a pal of mine, for I'm just the bassist, my friend

That Gerudo tune though came out bad in general and we plan on re-recording it in a couple of weeks. I really did not like my tone on that one. Sounded a little too indistinct.

Thanks again for the kind words =)

For those wondering, here's what I used on each track:

Gerudo Mix - Modulus Q4 (sold)
Zelda's Lullabye/Song of Storms - Alembic Spoiler
Bolero of Fire - Rickenbacker 4003
Requiem of Spirit - Ibanez RKB900

That is Kevin Rose, as well as Alex Albrecht. I see that someone else was a TechTV fan

I listen to Diggnation every week. That's easily the funniest show on the web right now. It's also informative, as is This Week In Tech.

i liked kevin rose...i kinda got out of techTV once they (or maybe just my cable company) switched to G4TV. I liked kevin, and his dark tips...and i also liked that one guy who did call4help before larry laporte took over...now on G4 all i ever seem to see is that show where we watch other people grouped in teams play video games...i still like the screensavers though...

'Course I'll be uploading more stuff soon

Alas G4 destroyed a sadly great network by trying to retool it for the 13 year old male gamer.

Back then, TechTV had soul... you could tell from the way all the people interacted with one another on each show.

They genuinely had a good time and it showed.

If you want to keep up with tech news, be sure to check out the new TechTV reincarnated Podcasts:

www.diggnation.com (Kevin Rose & Alex Albrecht host)
www.thisweekintech.com (Leo Laporte and a gang of others host)

as well as the social bookmarking news website www.digg.com

Also http://revision3.com/ for all these cool tech videos.

Enough spam from me about Tech TV though.

Thanks again for the kind words
