Congrats on the new Roscoe build. It's going to be just killer!
Thanks Joe! I took a bit of a hiatus from bass playing, and an even longer one from Talkbass. I'm back at both now

Well, I should have known Greg would have this one spec'ed correctly in the first place. A quick check to make sure things hadn't been routed and I made the change back to J-pickups.

Based on when the planned completion is I don't expect anything just yet, but I'm hoping Gard will pop in here with in-progress photos from time to time. I can't wait to see that bubinga with the oil finish on it. Just the little bit that is wet in the latest photo looks amazing!

Ask and ye shall receive! Gard just shot me these photos of the body with the first couple coats of oil on it. She's looking good!!

I cannot wait to see this badboy finished!

I see it has a birdseye maple fingerboard - very nice! Is there an option for a headstock matching lamination with the standard+ line?

GL: Pssst. Pssssst! Hey...Bud light Boy....over here. C'mon, c'mon.
GB: What's up, man? Why the hush-hush?

GL: Got some bubinga for you, buddy. My private stash. Check it.
GB: Whoa! This is sexier than that new blue bottle of Bud Light Platinum!

GL: It's a special, for you only.
GB: Wow. How much?

GL: This one's on the house. You'll be back. ... ... ... Whore!
GB: No worries - the first sucker err, client I have in mind is in SF. Sold!

That's how it starts.

Proof that Rick indeed may make this comment:

Keith isn't small...it's just that Ricky is THAT BIG!
