I'm *really* picky about chorus, and strongly prefer analog. The two I run now are the Jam Pedals and Analogman. The digital ones don't float my boat nearly as much. For delay I prefer digital as I want as clean as possible as delay tends to muddy bass up easily. For pitch, I'm not looking for a "authentic" pitch sound, but rather just want to either fatten things or sound weird.

I have tried every multi effects pedal know to man, and hated and dumped everyone.
The only thing I use now is a volume pedal and a tuner pedal.
That's not to say some players like them, just not me

Update on my end....finally found time to properly embrace my CDO and mount everything. I'm pretty pleased with the result, although I'd love some feedback from folks who have mounted the older-style Aguilar pedals to a board. I ended up stacking layers of velcro. It works, but isn't as elegant as I'd like. Anyway....

Now to dig in and have fun. Pretty orchestrated gigs tonight and tomorrow night, but I believe the debutante ball will be a low-key trio gig next Wednesday.

Can your patch cables run underneath? My CDO is kicking in

You might be surprised at how nicely the octamizer fits into even orchestrated settings. I'll sometimes click it on and play an octave up from where I normally would. Can sound just a bit fatter without getting in the way of other instruments.

Dude. If they could, don't you think they would?

I thought maybe you were using the loops as antennas to help pick up Mexican radio stations. Everyone needs a little Wall of Voodoo...

I actually put my tuner last. That's because it has a DI in it. If my amp craps out, I can use my tuner's DI and still have all my effects.

I tried the solderless route for a while but also found it too unreliable. I ended up going with custom made cables from guitar-cable.com. Their product selection is incredible and their customer service is awesome, as well. (No affiliation with the company.) I now just order lengths of cable and the connectors and build them myself. The switchcraft flat right angle connectors are a life saver on the mini boards but don't work with the lip on the Aguilar pedals.
