I'm going to try another move in the lightweight direction (I'm 0 for 1 so far). This time I'm changing the electronics instead of the cab, so I'm keeping my Berg NV610 cab. And the Genz-Benz Streamliner 900 is going to be my next attempt at lightweight happiness.
So with that underway, I've got a bunch of miscellaneous rack gear that I'll break out individually as required. Other than the rack itself (which has some minor wear, as would be expected), everything is in excellent to mint condition. I'm the original owner on all of this stuff, and everything has lived in a rack from Day 1.
Assuming these things go one piece at a time, here's what I'm looking to get for each piece: Alembic F1X #1 (10-ish years in a rack): $599 Alembic F1X #2 (2 years in a rack): $699 Alembic SF2 (2 years in a rack): $699 Crest CA9 Power Amp (1 year old): $850
Furman PL8-Plus (10-ish years in a rack): $75 SKB RLX5 5-space Rack w/ Wheels (2 years old): $75
Furman
All of these prices include free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 US. If you want to grab the rack along with one or more of the other pieces, I'll knock the rack down to $40.
I've got the original boxes and manuals for the CA9, the SF2 and the first F1X to go. Everything else (the second F1X, the rack and the PL8-Plus) will be shipped sans manual and in a more than adequate box.
Let me know if you're interested!

And I feel the same way about the Crest CA series of power amps. It was a hard choice to give them both up, I've loved the Alembic F1X/Crest CAX tone for a LONG time now. But I REALLY want to buy the Tuttle 4-string that I have in stock right now, and I still haven't told my wife about the recent Lull acquisition. LOL. Two mystery basses is a bridge too far for me, so I've got to sell some stuff. I figure I might as well lighten my load while I'm in the process... |

It absolutely kills powering subs (or full range cabs) in a PA system. I already have another CA9 powering the subs in our PA. Otherwise, I'd be hanging onto this one. |

My fiancee has become numb to my bass churning so she doesn't even care. I show her a picture of a wood top and she just asks what I'm getting this time...
The key is to train them before you get married.

Jay | I've sold one of them, and the one I have left is boxed up and buried pretty deep in a stack of boxes. I'll try to get it out and get a photo snapped sometime soon, though.
