I'm in Roanoke so I'll come pick it up in person.
Thanks, Dan

| Man I Would love to have a 58lb cabinet. My light one is a 98 pound 410.
We need to call you "Weenie Todd"
I'm just teasin brother. Shoot I don't even carry mine. if I did I'd be playing through a Pignose.
God Bless, Ray

God Bless, Ray | 58 pounds is quite heavy for a 112, no matter how good of a 112. My 410 is about that weight, my 212 is lighter, and my 'super 112' is 34 pounds.
As long as you only need to use one, that weight is not out of the question with a good cart like the Kart-a-bag Super 600. Nice 'moderate volume' single cab IMO. |

But I like to pick at those who I know are superior to me when it comes to playing bass. Feelings of inadequacy and all the other psycho babble y'know.
God Bless, Ray

As for inadequacy, that would be yesterday at the F-Bass booth when George asked me to try the new Alain Caron sig bass...with Alain standing right there
I could do the 58lbs if I kept it in my garage and used my R6 cart. That is a recent addition and has been great. I still haul my cabs up a flight of stairs to my apartment, and doing that with 40lb AE210 is ok, with Quad would not be fun. So I could make it work, just need to change my routine for loading gear. Being a strong creature of habit with OCD, that can be a challenge...

Being amp-less at home is not a good thing. Of course I guess I also could act like a vulture and pickup on of the Shuttle 9.0's that should be available from the fallout. |

This just may be The amp that gives the Thunderfunk A run for its money.

Not that's it's big, I was just imagining it more like the regular Shuttle size...
Oh, and #9 has been reserved. There's only one left in my first batch! But never fear, my second batch should arrive mid-Feb.
Oh, and just to update everyone on the first batch. It now looks like they may be arriving closer to the end of this month rather than the initial mid-month estimate. So that's a slight 1-2 week delay... |
