NBD: some Brooklyn wood

For those that don't peruse the Fodera thread, the planets aligned and I ended up with one of the NAMM 2012 basses. I was actually able to have some input into the spec so this is a rare beast in that it is the first chambered Yin Yang (actually first chambered Monarch body style) they've done. The dovetail neck joint is pure sex. You only live once and you're dead a long time. At least that is my rationalization for my bleeding budget

Since Greg has gone to BNC and I just bought another cabinet from him I don't feel too guilty posting

Kudos! I got to play my first Fodera last November at a New England GTG and it was incredible. Yours looks even better. Congrats.

...Funny, I will be in L.A. next fall, hmmmmm.....

Man, that's an impressive bit of woodworking. I bet it sounds ridiculous, too. WANT!!!

Thanks for sharing! And thanks for the cab purchase earlier today! Jim B. has already shipped it, so you can expect tracking info this evening.
