These basses will be considered the Basses that Killed the Jazz! They sound remarkable and they don't look to shabby either.

+1

That's one of the more awesome enchanced grain ash bodies that I've seen Roscoe do. That's right up there with some of the natural F bass finishes that I've seen.

Great looking bass!

Oh, man!!! I sat down to record this bass, and I had no choice but to slap it...

All bass parts were played with the blend centered and the EQ flat. I went direct through my Alembic F1X preamp into my M-Audio FastTrack Ultra 8R USB interface.

"Shaky Ground"

Can I get a "Hell, Yeah"? Jerry, I think you're gonna LOVE your Roscoe J whenever it gets done...

I know it as a Delbert McClinton tune, but it could easily be someone from Stax or something like that...

I've been googling on it, since, and can't find a concrete answer, most say he wrote it, but I did find a version by The Temptations from 75.

The version I was thinking of, was a recent one live, on somekind of Fender stage, at NAMM, or something.

Ah, yeah! Two Jerry's with Roscoe 6-string J's. What a small, small world!!

I expect these Roscoe J's are really going to take off. You get Roscoe looks and feel with a killer Fender sort of tone. What's not to love?!? All of the Fender good, none of the Fender bad...

Now if I could only play as well as the other Jerry

I agree 100% Greg. I actually have a Jazz 5er for sale in the classifieds that I won't be needing.

Utterly BadAzz take on Shaky Ground Greg!

And Jerry, I wish I could play as well as either of the two 6 string wielding Jerry's.

God Bless, Ray

Whoa! I think of her way back when, but she's darn near contemporary...
