Here's the unclaimed one that is just looking for a home! G&L L-2000 (Blueburst, MP)
These next two basses are both for Craig. He knew the look he wanted, he just wasn't sure which model. We initially ordered one of them, then Craig changed his mind a few days later. I offered to order both and let him have his pick when they arrived... and he chose BOTH!! Nothing wrong with that in my book!!
I think these are both sexy as all get out, and the tort guard takes the SB-2 to another level of cool. Craig's taste = muy bueno!! G&L SB-2 (Spanish Copper Metallic, RW) **SOLD** G&L L-2000 (Spanish Copper Metallic, RW) **SOLD** |

Gotta say the matching headstocks make the copper pair!

They were going to be my last basses, and then I tried a couple Ken Smiths and started the endless merry go round. Kinda wish I had my 3 G&L's again. |

An L2000 was the best 4-string I ever owned. |

Both basses came in with pretty high action, but I sorted that out for you. The necks were pretty straight, they both just needed very slight tweaks on the truss rod. Then I dropped the saddles quite a bit. I left it a smidge higher than I like, just 'cause I like it ridiculously low. Hopefully the weather between me and you permits the necks to stay properly adjusted and you can just tweak the saddles to your liking (if necessary). |

G&L is one of the few "production" manufacturers who will actually listen to such a request. I didn't weigh them, but neither of these basses was a boat anchor. |

The box was delivered around noon, and my customer got home about 4 PM. The box and packing materials were there on his doorstep, but the bass and the case were long gone...
Aw, crap... just crap...

So we should get our claim approved. Unfortunately, I declared the bass for just $99. We basically self insure. Problems like this are so rare that we eat 'em when they happen rather than definitely lose money by paying for insurance with every guitar we ship.
