I listened to some guitar dude play it on youtube, and it was completely devoid vibrato... it sucked. So I tried but didn't quite get it on the first half. The second half is better (when I got up on the skinnier strings and could move them more easily)... |

Vibrato is easy, and in fact the challenge is to watch intonation. I ran those for awhile, now have .40-.100 on the Foderas as a compromise. I have typical .45-.105 on the Sadowsky and I can do vibrato but I have to work a bit harder. Then again, I have decades of muscle memory ingrained pushing notes around. Anthony actually has given me grief about that

He saw it in the "on order" section of my site, and asked to change the scale to 34" and change a costmetic detail or two. Roscoe was game for it, so I was, too.
Here's the raw top, and then there's the body with the sealer coat applied. A few finish coats, and it'll be glossy as all get out! |

That almost looks like spalted maple.
Very symmetrical for buckeye burl! Kind of has that "Warp speed Mr. Solo" look to it. |

OK so I've been found out!
I was a huge Star Trek fan and have watched Star Wars many, many times though. I guess I just didn't pay close enough attention! |

It will benefit both of us.
