I decided to stock some Nordstrand Dual Coil pickup sets that are made specifically to fit in Roscoe basses, and I just received some 4-string, 5-string and 6-string sets.
Being pole-based pickups, the poles have to be placed just so to line up with Roscoe's string spacing. So these are NOT the stock Dual coil sets that you see for sale at other sites online. These are specific to Roscoe basses with Roscoe's standard string spacing!
I figured someone out there probably wants to give them a try, and there's usually a pretty good wait to have them wound specifically for a Roscoe...
So come and get 'em here if you're curious what they'd sound like in your Roscoe! |

Speaking of your "yes", I've got my rack squared away now. I pulled my CA6 (which is now your CA6) out and put my new CA4 in. I'll get your rack put together tomorrow!
Cheers,
Greg |

I really hope I dig the CB's that are going in our "project".

That said, Nordstrand is happy to wind special pickups to order, and there's no upcharge. It's just a question of patience (4-6 weeks). |

A lot of these humbuckers can be split or run in series/parallel, and I'm not sure how much commonality there is between them all. Probably a good question for Gard... |
