Replacement Warwick Parts.

Hello! I am guessing this is a question for Greg.

Dear Greg. I am the happy owner of two beautiful Warwicks. A Corvette standard and a Corvette $$.

Some of the tuners, (most) are stripped. at the post.

The little barrels that you put the strings into have also snapped off on my Standard.

I need 2 A's. 2 D's, and 2 G's all in black. And a JAN 3 for my Standard. (Second nut I've busted on that poor bass)

I have had nothing but trouble trying to contact Hanser and Warwick for the spare parts. Nearly impossible.

Can you help a brother out?

Cheers!

Yep, I can make it a little easier for ya. One quick question, though. How many strings are on your bases? The D tuner on a 4 is different from the D tuner on a 5, fer instance...

Greg you the man! They are all 4 string basses. I will go home tonight and double check which ones I need for certain. Thank god for you, this whole endeavor took me about 2 months. And by the way, back in 08 you had a Green Doublebuck? By some twist of fate I think I ended up with that exact one. (Judging by the pattern in grain) Can you also order those fancy german Brass JAN 3's?

Warwick is AWFULLY proud of those brass JAN3's, I think they're something like $125-150 each...

Cool news on the green $$ - I love that color!

I love it too! The day I saw it I fell in love. It is the only green $$ I've ever seen. Are the tuners pretty spendy? Those are not a Warranty issue are they?

Nah, the tuners are nowhere near as insane. They're like $10-15 each, depending on the color.

They could be a warranty issue if you bought the bass new and they went bad within the warranty period...

Sorry, man.... in between now and then, I've ceased to be a Warwick dealer. Warwick has switched US Distributors again, and the new distributor said Warwick parts will not be available in the US for several months...

Ugggh. Sorry!
