My studio computer is refusing to boot up for some reason today, so I'll do this as soon as I can get that figured out. Could be a day or two... sorry!

I'm back in the studio bidness, and I have one of the LG's recorded. I'll do the other two right quick, and I should have some audio up before the end of the day. Thanks for your patience!

So I recorded each of the three LG customs flat. I used one of Victor's melodies, and I'm sure you'll be sick to death of it by the end of the clip.

For each bass I played:
1) finger style, blended
2) slapped, blended
3) finger style, neck pickup
4) finger style, bridge pickup

The order of the basses in the clip is:
1) 6123 (XQM/Chechen)
2) 6005 (Amboyna/Wenge)
3) 5968 (Box Elder/Cocobolo)

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Greg, I just listened to them all! Thanks so much for doing that for me. In your opinion, which one plays the easiest? I love the very low actin and smooth easy play ability. Of course I know they all feel that way. LOL Thanks again

Totally my pleasure! I always wanted a job where I got to play bass all the time, and now I have it! LOL.

In some respects, your decision has been made easier. The Box Elder one just sold, so you're down to the other two.

And they do both play very well, I honestly didn't feel much difference between the three of them. They all played great.

They did all sound pretty different, though. I was actually suprised just how Roscoe-like the XQM/Chechen one sounded. I figured that Audere preamp would make a bigger difference, but that one actually sounds VERY Roscoe to my ear.

I had a customer buy & try the Box Elder SKB5 fretless, but unlined and 35" was a bridge too far. So he grabbed this one instead!

I'm kinda sad to announce that this one has been sold. I was looking forward to seeing it hang in the new showroom, whenever that gets done. This one ALWAYS drew attention when it hung over at the other store.

Roscoe TB-3005 (Emerald Green) **SOLD**

At the same time, shocking it took that long, as(in my unbiased opinion) it's the most awesome T-Bird ever.
