I checked the neck pocket for cracks (there are none), and then I closely checked the intonation (it's fine). I think it just took a knock on the side of the box somewhere along the way...
The pics really do make it look a lot worse than it is... |

Gard Buddy,
Also since I found Turbo Dog in O'Do, I'm hooked. No one carries it around here on the Cape, so perhaps if you throw in a case (or 2) I can find my credit card (Greg has seen the card a few times, but nothing as sexy as this fretless). |

Ask Gard, the shop had some Belgian brew on me not too long ago! I think that was to celebrate my Koa bass being rushed through production in time for my trip to Vic's bass camp. Or some other great thing they did for me... who can recall them all? |

(Sorry man, but the only help you'd get from me is if I had enough Roscoe Bucks to snag this one first) BWAHAHAHA.......
Seriously though, if you can, get it. You can always flip it when the dough reappears for the Bubinga topped Dreamscoe
God Bless, Ray

If so, I would be of no help whatsoever. And while my Roscoes aren't identical twins, there is certainly a fraternal thing happening there...SKB, ash, myrtle. Oh my.
The only possible thing I can say...and I know Joe is with me on this...perhaps a swap to black hardware, just to complete the Lord Vader look? |

"Join Me; what are you stupid in the head, it's a Roscoe Fretless you DB?"
OR:
"Join me and complete your destiny"
(I never knew Luke had 2 Dads. LOL)

Ok, so I know this has no real bearing on the sound of the bass...or of the playability. So it's strictly a vanity thing. But just damn...black hardware on that bad boy? Talk about a bass that looks as wicked as it sounds. |

And a little dampness applied with a little heat (and a little rubbing) might just raise the grain up a bit on that boo-boo. |
