Big thanks to Gard, eBay seller didn't have the best listing so I messaged Gard. He replied right away and gave me all the build specs. Outstanding service, and one helluva bass! I'm one happy Roscoe camper

I'm so sure that the LG is a keeper that I've ordered some nice custom knobs from THG for her.
Mahoganut and Queen Koa ........

Thanks J2K. Until I got this Roscoe I'd pretty much considered the Ken Smith basses I've owned in the past to be some of the nicest basses I've owned. Blown away by the craftsmanship and playability of this Roscoe, think it may have raised the bar for me.

Got to love the wenge finger board too. It really seems to phatten up the sound of the bass. |

He managed to match the wood about as much as anyone could hope for. At some angles the color match looks perfect but, at others they are a tad bit lighter. The tops are also flame myrtle and the bodies are Macassar ebony. These really work much better on the Pope Flexcore than the mismatched metal knobs from before. |
