I've had this Roscoe SKB-3005 on order for a while, and I recently asked Roscoe to start moving ahead with it. While I was at it, I changed it to a "J" with a natural oil finish. Schwing!!
Here's the raw top that originally caught my eye: 
And here's how it looks as of today: 
This should make for a KILLER look with the spalted purpleheart fretboard. |

I'm trying to work my way through my reserved tops. It'd go faster if Gard would stop selling me on other tops in the meantime, but what are ya gonna do?!?  |
