Greg,
You have one of these tuners on your pedalboard, right? Likes? Dislikes? I have a Sonic Research tuner that I dig, but I would like to get a second tuner for my other board and thought this might be the ticket.
Have a nice weekend!

I LOVE the TC tuner, no dislikes at all.
The single string mode is a nice big display that old farts like us can see just fine. The multi-string mode is a little smaller and harder to see, but my eyes are still good enough for it. What I really dig is the thing is smart enough to switch between the two display modes automatically. Hit 1-string and it zooms in, hit more than one string and it zooms out. VERY cool!
The mute function is silent, no pops or clicks when you cut it on or off.
Other than that, I'm not sure what you'd want out of a tuner... I mean, of course, it SOUNDS amazing!!
Right back atcha on the good weekend! The weather here is pretty glorious, should be a great one.

I use it in "needle" mode at the gig since it's so easy to read. But you can put it in a rotating strobe mode for real-time intonation adjustments also. Best pedal tuner I've ever owned. |

The pedal tells you what mode it's in when you insert the instrument cable. Tuning in poly mode works very well also if you wish. I do that sometimes as well. Nothing to be afraid of here whatsoever. |

I initially thought that the multi-mode operation didn't tune as accurately as the single-string mode, but I unknowingly had the tuner running in "guitar" mode. As soon as I switched it to "bass" mode, it worked great.
The display is also nice and bright, very easy to see. Seriously, there's nothing about it that makes me say "gee, I wish they'd done THAT differently". |

I've also gotten some relatively negative feedback from others who have tried it regarding tracking speed.
Once you use one of the Sonic turbo tuners (a miraculous tuner), it is hard to even consider anything else IMO. |

I've sold quite a few of these tuners with no complaints, and I use it myself. It's fantastic.

Polytune mode can be a bit confusing at first, but it really works. The strobe on the TC works great too. Hmm, maybe a YouTube video...
Btw, Greg... So I come home the other day and there is this box from Rocket Music. My first reaction: What did I order and how much did I drink when I ordered it? Then I see it is not addressed to me, but to my girlfriend. Very sneaky Dr. Jones!

I'm reviving ths thread to say I picked up on of these this week and it's fantastic!
The tracking is fast and spot on.
Truly silent muting switch.
The display is very easy ro read.
The polytune mode is very cool and lets you check your tuning in just a second.
If you need a tuner this is the one to get and Rocket is the place to get it. |

Mono tuning works without switching modes I believe. Need to try that again, but poly won't. |

And when I say I ordered a bunch, I mean I ordered A BUNCH. I don't usually do that with things like this 'cause we just don't sell a ton of 'em. I'm deathly afraid of sitting on a big batch of anything for 12 months plus. But with Christmas, Chanukah, etc., approaching, you just can't beat a $99 doo-dad like this. It's too easy to tell the wife, girlfriend, etc. to grab one of these for you. Just send her this link, and we'll handle the rest!!
