Whatever you do... STAY AWAY FROM GREG.

First he acts all nice and stuff... OK, maybe that's because he really is...

But then... THEN he tells you about all the top-of-the-line kicka$$ stuff in his shop...

THEN he gives you better prices than almost anyone else can...

The next thing you know... UPS is dropping off multiple boxes of the most awesome stuff you've ever seen and your wallet is empty!!

Damn you Greg...

DAMN YOOOOOUUUU!!!!

He's pretty slick, huh?

Alright....no fair teasing us. What's the skinny on those multiple boxes?

...

Well... I might have maybe possibly decided to completely revamp my pedalboard and replace a bunch of stuff with EBS and that kind of thing...

My main "money gig" is a cover band and we do ALL kinds of stuff... 80's hard rock, to dance music, to well... everything that people like to party too.

Having said that, my band is a 3-piece with a vocalist... so I have to use a lot of effects to fill a lot of holes.

Anyway, I've had some effects that I've really only had as "filler" until I could get what I really wanted... and, so I recently decided to make the move to get some stuff on my list.

I retired my Pedaltrain Jr, Bass Crybaby 105Q, DOD FX25 Envelope Filter, and my Boss OC-3 Octave pedal... they've now been replaced with...

Can you say EBS Stanley Clarke wah/volume pedal?

I got that... and a new EBS BassIQ... and an EBS OctaBass... and a bigger pedalboard with a roadcase to put it all on. Also added (not from Greg) an Xotic BB Preamp (SICK!!!) and another crazy distortion pedal just for fun.

Ohhhhh yeeeeeeaaaahhh....

How is the BassIQ? I just got a 3-Leaf Groove Regulator (and got rid of an MXR M82). I have a Dynaverb and an Octabass and like those a lot.

Yeah, I'm on my 3rd Roscoe from him currently, have bought a Warwick SSI from him, and just bought a GB Max 9.2 from him. Along with strings, a cable or two, etc.

His level of service has made it so that when I'm looking for something, I check with him first to see if he stocks it before I look elsewhere.

Well you guys hafta deal with Greg on a bidness level. I can hang with Greg unless he's built up on Bump chili. I'm safe otherwise.

When I get a hold of some loot, I'm in trouble.

God Bless, Ray
