9/8/10: Too much screen time

Starting to feel zonked from all the time in front of a screen today moving MIDI notes around to get the perfect beatz, yo.

Solution: two walks in the neighborhood today, about to do my third. So basic, so effective. They let me get another couple of hours in before I melt again. Just little 10 minute, brisk walks. Also, the Herman Miller chair is overrated, my spine needs the walks too.

THAT'S SOME SCIENCE...you people should be PAYING me for that kind of wisdom.

Have a nice night.

I hear ya dude. My eyes are glued to a screen all day at work so I take short walks outside whenever I can. Definitely effective.

I like the aero chairs and sit in them all day, but they are not exactly relaxing. You gotta sit with your back straight in them or they will kill.

I alternate between the Aeron chair and a yoga ball. They complement each other perfectly. Highly recommended.

I feel your pain. Last year I had to spend sometimes 17 hours straight overnight sessions editing mixes in Protools that weren't done to a click. Not fun, but the results were worth it
